Brescia is the historical production headquarters of the machine tool company Innse Berardi which is also the head office of the Machine Tool Division of the Camozzi Group, the parent company.
The product range for the general mechanics, automotive, energy, marine primary metals sector earth moving chemical/nuclear and transportation industries, are diverse as a result of the integration of the two Innse Berardi companies.
In 2003 Ingersoll Inc. was acquired by the CAMOZZI group which has further strengthened the machine tool division. Located in Rockford- Illinois, Ingersoll is a global leader for the design and manufacture of special machine tools for the defense and aerospace sector.
The co- operation and integration of the three companies has allowed the machine tool division to increase it's technology level as well as product support.
