The roto-traversing tables, with load capacity from 25t up to 500t, are equipped
with hydrostatic bearing for table support and rotation and with pre-loaded
hydrostatic guideways between the bed and the saddle; all our tables are suitable
for continuous 5-axis machining.
- Table top centering by precision bearing.
- Table translation by recirculating ball screw with double preloaded nut
or hydrostatic worm screw (V-axis).
- Table rotation by means of double preloaded pinion with backlash compensation
and crown gear (B-axis).
- Checking of angular position by high precision transducer installed directly
on the rotation shaft.
- Clamping in any position by hydraulic clamping devices.
